  1. What are your fees?

    10% of the collected rent



  2. Do you have a minimum charge for vacant property?

    Yes, there is a $50.00 monthly fee for a vacant property.



  3. Do you charge a lease up fee?

    Yes, the fee is 2% of the ANNUAL rent. If we rent the home the fee is paid to our company, if another realtorŪ leases the home, the fee is paid to their company.



  4. Do you charge a renewal fee?

    No



  5. When are owner net rent checks mailed?

    Owners checks are mailed between the 12th and 15th of the month.  You can get paid earlier if you do ACH.

  6. Do you do direct deposit?

    Yes - we are now able to do ACH distributions.  These are done on about the 10th of each month.

  7. I want to manage my own home, will you find me a qualified renter?

    No, we do not offer this service. We devote our time to our current owners' and their vacant properties.  We also do not show other agents properties.

  8. Can I hold my own security deposits?

    No - all security deposits are help in our Trust Account

  9. Can I do my own maintenance for my property?

    Yes

  10. Who pays for advertising?

    Advertising is charged to owners.

  11. What paperwork do I need to fill out to get started?

    Email us with your request and we will provide via email the documents required.

  12. Do you work in the entire Phoenix Area?

    No; We manage properties in Mesa, Gilbert,Tempe, Chandler, Apache Junction and Ahwatukee.
