    Yes, as well as criminal history search.

  3. What does my income need to be?

    Combined monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent.

  4. Do you check previous landlords?

    Yes.

  5. What deposits are required?

    All deposits are listed with the individual properties. Return to the main page and click rental homes to view these properties.

  6. Do the deposits and initial rent need to be in certified funds?

    Yes.

  7. May I have a pet?

    Maybe. Each one of our owner's sets their own policies regarding pets. Again, see the individual properties for details.

  8. How do I hold a home to rent?

    We will remove a home from the market as soon as we have a deposit. This is a non-refundable deposit.



  9. I have a bankruptcy, am I out of luck?

    Not necessarily. many of our owners will look at how recent the bankruptcy, and the reason for the bankruptcy. An additional deposit may be required.

  10. How soon is my security deposit returned upon move-out?

    After 14 working days after the conclusion of the lease and surrender of possession.
